The San Francisco 49ers continued to show they’re the class of the NFC as they picked up their fifth consecutive victory of the 2023 NFL season.
The 49ers steamrolled the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football to the tune of 42-10, proving that the two teams are in different classes.
From the opening kickoff, San Francisco wanted to send a message to Dallas as they were fast, physical, and methodical on both sides of the ball.
The Cowboys were coming off a massive win of their own in Week 4 against the New England Patriots, but they didn’t look ready for the 49ers who took it to them and never let up.
Dallas’ defense has been its calling card this year, but they looked completely out of sorts against San Francisco who tore through them on the ground and in the air.
Micah Parsons was rendered basically useless as he racked up just four total tackles and former 49er Richard Sherman had strong words for the star pass rusher and his team via The Volume.
“They are better at every level,” Sherman said.

Sherman seems to relish throwing dirt on the Cowboys in the clip as he calls out Parsons and their fans.
The former cornerback has always been willing to speak his mind, and this is no different as he simply says what most people are thinking after that game.
Dallas has hopes of being a Super Bowl contender, but their performance against San Francisco shows they’ve got a long way to go before they can even consider themselves on the same level as their rivals.
