The Dallas Cowboys need to regroup and get back to doing what worked for them as soon as possible.
Losing a key game in such an embarrassing fashion could derail a team’s promising season, and that 42-10 loss to the San Francisco 49ers was a huge blow to their morale.
Nonetheless, defensive coordinator Dan Quinn doesn’t think his players will cry over it and start pointing fingers at each other.
The former Atlanta Falcons HC told the team’s website that he’s been on other teams where everybody starts blaming others, and that’s not the case here.
“I’m bummed,” Quinn said. “You get your a** kicked, you only have a couple choices in the fight. You can pout about it or get back up and get rocking again. And I certainly know that’s what we’re gonna do.”

If anything, he knows that his players will bounce back in a big way.
That’s the only thing they can do, especially on defense, if they want to have a chance against Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday Night Football.
The Cowboys are 3-2 and their promising start to the season looks like a distant dot in the past right now, especially if you consider the fact that their win over the New York Giants looks far less impressive nowadays.
They have the personnel and talent to be one of the best teams in the league, but once again, it seems like they’re simply unable to get past the best teams.
