The Los Angeles Clippers enter every season with high expectations, but injuries often derail their promising campaigns.

That’s why it seems like the fans, and even some analysts, have given up on them already.

It’s like they have to see it to believe it, and they won’t take them seriously anymore until they see their superstars actually be healthy in the playoffs.

That’s a mistake, at least according to Kevin Garnett.

In the latest edition of his show for Showtime Basketball, the former NBA champion stated that people seem to forget just how good and impactful Kawhi Leonard is.

“Kawhi’s one of them lost superstars, he’s like Roy Jones Jr., ‘Y’all must’ve forgot!’”

Watch out for Kawhi and PG this year man, I think they about to re-awake the league! https://t.co/0I5hKmMWsD pic.twitter.com/gQttQwBPJx

He predicted that Leonard and Paul George would be at full strength and ‘restore order’ in the league.

Truth be told, that would be great to watch.

We’re talking about two of the best two-way players in the league, and it would be nice to see someone else dominate for a change.

The Clippers have put together a deep and well-rounded team with one of the best coaches in the game, and an owner that’s more than willing to spend big bucks to help them get to the next level.

Injuries and some tough luck have stood in their way more often than not, but they could be a major problem when healthy.

Of course, we also have the Los Angeles Lakers, Denver Nuggets, Phoenix Suns, and Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference alone, so their journey to the top won’t be easy at all, assuming they’re finally at full strength.
