The Dallas Cowboys received a fair share of criticism throughout the offseason for their early playoff exit.
There were a lot of questions about this team and whether they could make a significant postseason impact moving forward.
The Cowboys find themselves at 4-2 through six games, squarely in the hunt for a playoff spot this season.
One of the major successes for the Cowboys this season is their defense, which allows just 16.7 points per game.
Micah Parsons has been a major contributor to the Cowboys’ defense since he was drafted.
In a recent video shared via the NFL on ESPN, DeMarcus Ware made a bold comparison of Parsons thus far.
“With Micah, he has all the tools, the tools of Lawrence Taylor,” Ware said.

Taylor is widely viewed as one of the best defenders in NFL history, and many see him as the best.
He was a dominant force against opposing offenses, instilling fear into every opponent he played.
Parsons has only been in the league for two full seasons but has already made a monumental impact on the game.
He won the Defensive Rookie of the Year award in 2021 and has been a member of the First-Team All-Pro in his first two seasons in the league.
Parsons has been recognized at a league-wide level as a force to be reckoned with and has continued his elite play through the Cowboys’ first six games this season.
Will he continue on his current trajectory for the foreseeable future, living up to Ware’s comparison?
