James Harden’s unhappiness with the Philadelphia 76ers was well-documented throughout the offseason.
Harden was displeased with the way the team was run by Daryl Morey and refused to play for him.
It appeared there was not a path forward with Harden and the 76ers, who has now been traded to the Los Angeles Clippers.
He now joins a team that he is excited to play for, according to Ramona Shelburne via Legion Hoops.

As Shelburne mentions, less than 24 hours after the trade was announced, Harden could find himself in LA, attending the Clippers’ game against the Orlando Magic.
His debut date with the team is currently unknown, but the Clippers fanbase can take solace in the fact that he is willing to go to their game so quickly after being traded.
Harden’s attitude seems to be positive about his new location, which was not the case when he was in Philadelphia.
How Harden fits in with the Clippers’ current roster remains to be seen.
The Clippers already employ three star players: Paul George, Russell Westbrook, and Kawhi Leonard.
It will be interesting to see how Harden fits into the mix, given the chemistry those three players already have.
All-Star teams typically have a difficult time playing well together, given the need for each player to have an opportunity to have the ball in their hands.
If Harden fits in seamlessly alongside the other three best players on this team, the Clippers could be one to watch in the Western Conference.
