The Los Angeles Clippers have been the talk of the NBA since trading for James Harden.

Fans and analysts alike have wondered what this team will look like with Harden on the court.

Early indications point to Harden making a difference, but there is plenty of season to be played.

While some analysts have continued to focus on Harden, Chris Broussard is much more concerned with one of his teammates.

In a recent segment of “First Things First” on FS1, Broussard spoke negatively of the Clippers, particularly about Russell Westbrook.

“Ty Lue is going to have to move Russ to the bench,” Broussard said.

“The thought of Kawhi, PG13, Russ and Harden all being themselves hurts my head. They can’t be themselves. … It’s hard to fit 3 superstars together, but 4?! Ty Lue is going to have to move Russ to the bench.”

He seems to believe that Westbrook might be more of a hindrance than a helper at the moment and that he would be better served on the bench.

The Clippers are currently in the middle of a three-game losing streak.

In those three games, Westbrook has averaged 18 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 6.6 assists per game.

While his numbers might not be a cause for concern, Broussard pointed to the fact that is difficult for four stars to share the floor at the same time.

Harden, Westbrook, Paul George, and Kawhi Leonard might sound like an elite pairing for an All-Star game, but Broussard isn’t convinced this is a recipe for success in the NBA.

Only time will tell if these four players can find a way to lead the Clippers to meaningful success.

The Clippers’ next game is against the Dallas Mavericks, an opportunity for them to show analysts like Broussard that they can find ways to play and win together.
