The Chicago Bulls didn’t get off to the start of the season they hoped for — again.
With that in mind, multiple fans and analysts believe it’s just a matter of time before they become sellers, and they do have plenty of players to give away.
Nikola Vucevic, DeMar DeRozan, Alex Caruso, Coby White, and Patrick Williams could gauge some interest around the league.
However, it’s not a secret that Zach LaVine might be their most valuable trade chip right now.
And with all the talk he’s done about the trade rumors, plus a recent report of teams asking about his potential availability, Marc Stein reports that the Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat are more likely to trade for him than the Philadelphia 76ers (via Basketball on X).

Daryl Morey and the Sixers are reportedly holding onto their newly-acquired picks and financial flexibility for when a star becomes available, but it seems like LaVine isn’t the guy they’re hoping to get right now.
The Heat have failed to acquire all of their trade and free-agency targets for quite a while, with Pat Riley reportedly low-balling multiple teams, so they could either change that approach to finally get a deal done, or risk losing LaVine to the highest bidder.
As for the Lakers, they will always be tangled un in trade rumors for any star that becomes available.
As for them being able to make a realistic offer for his services, that seems unlikely right now, especially with the way they’ve done business lately.
