During the clash between the Golden State Warriors and Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday night, things got a little heated between some of the stars for each team, which all started with Klay Thompson getting into a scuffle with Jaden McDaniels.

Thompson and McDaniels were pushing each other and grabbing jerseys on their way up the floor, which ultimately led to Rudy Gobert getting involved, and then Draymond Green took things to another level entirely.

Green jumped into the scuffle and immediately targeted Gobert by getting the Timberwolves star in a headlock that he couldn’t get out of which resulted in both benches clearing with head coach Steve Kerr trying to play peacekeeper, which didn’t work that well.

Green, Thompson, and McDaniels were all ejected for their roles in the on-court altercation, and now everyone is speculating about what the league will do.

Rich Eisen chimed in on the subject on Wednesday on his show and gave his two cents on what should be done to remedy the situation.

As Eisen points out, Green has a long list of past on-court altercations, which means the league could make an example of him in this situation, meaning the Warriors could be without him for a few games.

With the Warriors dealing with injuries and some chemistry issues as of late, losing Green, as well as Stephen Curry, who just went down with an injury, is not great timing for Golden State.

It’ll be interesting to see what the NBA comes up with and whether it’s a harsh punishment for Green.
