With a 3-7 record and six losses in a row, it’s clear that the Los Angeles Clippers need some tweaking in the days and weeks ahead.
They are still adjusting to the addition of James Harden on the roster, who could bring a lot of talent and benefits.
Speaking to the press, via Tomer Azarly and ClutchPoints, Clippers star Terance Mann spoke about the difference between having Russell Westbrook or Harden in the team’s second unit.
According to Mann, there isn’t a difference at all.
“I wouldn’t say it’s too much different. They both bring the same role of making plays happen, so I wouldn’t say it’s too much different,” Mann said.

Mann has participated in four games so far this season, averaging 4.5 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 3 assists.
During that time, he has worked alongside both Westbrook and Harden.
Those are two very similar players in many ways, especially their style of handling the ball and isolation play.
Therefore, it’s not surprising that Mann said there isn’t a major difference between the two when playing for the second unit.
Head coach Tyronn Lue has to figure out whether Westbrook or Harden will get more time leading the team’s bench players.
Both of these men can be starters and have been.
But there are many analysts saying that they shouldn’t be on the court at the same time, as their similar styles and roles make one another redundant.
So there is a good chance that Lue will have to make a tough call and relegate one of them as a bench player soon.
Whoever that is will get a lot more time with Mann, who has been a breakout bench player over the last few years.
