Week 11 came and went and it ended with a bang as the Philadelphia Eagles managed to hold on against the Kansas City Chiefs in their highly-anticipated Super Bowl rematch.
Going into the game, the Chiefs were the betting favorites and that must have been extra motivation for the Eagles, who have looked like the best team in the NFL during the 2023 NFL season.
It wasn’t the high-scoring affair some people thought it would be as the defenses for both teams made life almost miserable for Patrick Mahomes and Jalen Hurts.
The action and intensity really picked up in the fourth quarter as the teams jostled for control, but Philadelphia managed to squeak by after Kansas City wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling dropped the go-ahead touchdown.
Eagles players were understandably fired up to win the game, though no one might have been more excited than head coach Nick Sirianni.
Sirianni was seen yelling in the tunnel at Chiefs fans and had no problem getting his feelings off his chest, via Dov Kleiman.

Sirianni has clearly been paying attention to what Kansas City fans have been saying since they met in the Super Bowl, so it must have felt good for the Philadelphia coach to get some revenge.
The Eagles improved their record to 9-1, marking the second consecutive season that they’ve managed to accomplish the feat.
Even with Mahomes under center, the Chiefs clearly need more help in their receiver room as they looked out of their depth.
Meanwhile, Philadelphia will be riding high and definitely look like the Super Bowl favorites.
