Life comes at you fast, and the NBA often gives you an opportunity to get some revenge.

Clearly, Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker keeps receipts of every little thing that is said of or about him.

Four years ago, Booker drew mockery and criticism for complaining after being doubled-teamed in an offseason open run.

Booker threw a tantrum and stated that people shouldn’t double-team in those games because they’re just about working on their craft, to which veteran Joakim Noah responded that being double-teamed is also a part of the game.

A lot has transpired ever since, but it seems like Booker finally had a chance to address the situation.

Following his game-winning shot over the New York Knicks, the Kentucky product took to social media to mock those who criticized him for his complaining about being double-teamed (via NBA Central).

The fact that he had to wait four years for that is borderline hilarious.

Booker is one of the most gifted scorers in the league, and no one ever doubted his ability to shake off a double-team or knock down a heavily-contested shot like the one he hit.

The young shooting guard was very quiet during his first couple of years in the league, but he’s looked to take shots at every single one of his doubters over the past two years or so, sometimes to a fault.

Perhaps he’s hanging out with Kevin Durant too often or whatnot, but it’s not like he’s not a fan favorite.

At least he got his last laugh, even if it was four years later.
