The Denver Nuggets could have one of their best players on the floor sooner rather than later.
Star shooting guard Jamal Murray is reportedly on the cusp of making his return after missing the past ten games with a hamstring injury.
According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, Murray will also miss Monday night’s clash with the Los Angeles Clippers, but he’s now considered day-to-day and could be available to play as soon as their next matchup.

The renowned insider pointed out the fact that Murray has already been taking shots, and it’ll just be a matter of how he feels going forward at this point.
The Nuggets have gone 5-5 without him, and we already know just how special he is and how he’s always able to rise up to the occasion when his team is in need of a big bucket, especially in the playoffs.
Nikola Jokic has been as spectacular as usual without him, but the team has been missing its second-best player badly.
The Nuggets are currently sitting on an 11-6 record and the fourth spot in the Western Conference, which is way below their usual over the past couple of years.
Then again, the reigning NBA champions won’t lose any sleep over the regular season.
They’ve already shown what they’re capable of in a seven-game series, and Murray is one of the ultimate playoff risers in the league.
This is terrible news for the rest of the league, and those who didn’t make the most of his absence will surely regret it now.
