The Boston Celtics have come out hot to start the 2023-24 NBA season as they lead the Eastern Conference.
The Celtics made several impactful changes to their roster in the offseason after falling to the Miami Heat in seven games in last year’s Eastern Conference Finals and the new additions have worked like a charm.
Kristaps Porzingis has given them more firepower offensively, while Jrue Holiday has been an upgrade over Marcus Smart defensively.
Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown remain the best wing duo in the league, and it’s hard to imagine another Eastern Conference team knocking them off in a playoff series if they continue to play this way.
Friday night featured a marquee matchup between the Philadelphia 76ers and Celtics, two teams who seem destined to clash in the postseason again.
Interestingly enough, Boston had a surprise photographer near the court as franchise legend Paul Pierce was seen taking photos via ClutchPoints.

It seems Pierce wanted to do a little more than take in a basketball game featuring his former team as he is seen in the video snapping photos with a legitimate camera.
Pierce is widely known for leading the Celtics to their most recent championship in 2008 and it looks like he is trying new things out to remain connected to the game of basketball.
The former small forward used to be an analyst for ESPN before being let go, so perhaps photography is his next venture off the floor.
It must have been a funny sight for fans to see Pierce capturing moments on the floor, but they surely appreciated his efforts.
