The offensive line is one of the most underrated position groups on a team.

A good one can elevate a mediocre quarterback and skill position players, while a bad one can tank them.

And it’s why – typically – the best NFL teams have some of the best offensive lines.

Pro Football Focus, which grades a variety of attributes at the team and player level, ranked all 32 offensive lines so far this season.

And, unsurprisingly, the team with the best record in the league also had the best offensive line: The Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles’ offensive line has 11 Pro Bowls and seven All-Pro nods between their five starts.

Center Jason Kelce is a six-time Pro Bowler and five-time All-Pro.

Right tackle Lane Johnson is a four-time Pro Bowler and two-time All-Pro.

Left guard Landon Dickerson is a one-time Pro Bowler.

Don’t forget about left tackle Jordan Mailata or right guard Cam Jurgens.

Both would instantly start on most NFL offensive lines.

This group has played a huge role in the rise of Jalen Hurts from simply a dual-threat quarterback to a perennial MVP candidate.

Hurts’ 20.8 pressure rate ranks 17th in the NFL and his 2.7 seconds in the pocket is tied for first in the league.

The Eagles also have the fifth-best rushing attack in the NFL thanks to Hurts and running backs D’Andre Swift and Kenneth Gainwell.

And don’t forget about everyone’s favorite “Tush Push.”

The NFL’s most infamous play only works effortlessly in Philadelphia because of the play of the offensive line.
