The AFC has been turned on its head this season.

The Kansas City Chiefs are no longer in line for a first-round bye after their recent struggles, opening the door for other teams to have their opportunity.

On the heels of a dynamic season, the Baltimore Ravens now find themselves in a position to secure the No. 1 spot in the conference.

While many aspects of the Ravens’ roster have brought them to this point, Greg Jennings pointed to Lamar Jackson as this team’s X-factor in a recent segment of “The Carton Show.”

Jennings said: “The Ravens are not a team that you want to face, primarily because of their quarterback.”

“The Ravens are not a team that you want to face, primarily because of their quarterback. On all levels of your defense, he can beat you.”

He also said: “On all levels of your defense, he (Jackson) can beat you.”

Jennings is under the impression that the Ravens are now the team to beat in the AFC.

The Chiefs used to hold that position, and at times this year, the Miami Dolphins were also said to be unstoppable.

While both teams are still among the AFC’s best, Jennings still believes that Jackson provides a level of upside that those two teams do not possess.

Four weeks remain in the season, and the playoff picture will be fully revealed in those four weeks.

As Jennings highlights, if the Ravens secure a first-round bye, it could spell trouble for the other teams in the AFC.

Only time will tell how this will unfold, but with the chaotic nature of the NFL this season, anything can happen in a given week.
