The Philadelphia Eagles have been among the NFL’s best teams.
With a 10-3 record, they are tied with the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys for the NFC’s best record.
While they might look good in the win/loss column, several analysts have expressed concern for the Eagles, mainly due to their recent performances.
Emmanuel Acho recently appeared on “Speak” on FS1, highlighting what he sees as a problem for this team.
Acho said the Eagles need to “put their players in positions to win instead of demanding them to win.”
The Eagles offense needs to put their players in positions to win instead of demanding them to win.
The Niners and Cowboys create mismatches, but the Eagles offense makes like difficult on itself. This is mind boggling.#AchoAnalysis #Eagles pic.twitter.com/Tel6YS8sAJ

He talked about A.J. Brown as an example and how the Eagles can look at how the Dallas Cowboys utilize CeeDee Lamb to try to change their fortunes.
As Acho points out, the Cowboys do a great job giving Lamb looks when matched up with inferior cornerbacks.
He pulled up a chart showing the difference between these two elite receivers.
Last week, Lamb had ten targets against the Eagles.
30% of those targets were against the Eagles’ CB1, 20% against their CB2, and 50% against their CB3.
This starkly contrasted with Brown’s usage, who, in his 13 targets, matched up with the Cowboys’ CB1 on 92.3% of them.
In Acho’s eyes, this change could make a significant difference for the Eagles, especially if they struggle to get anything going on offense.
The Eagles still have Brown, Jalen Hurts, and DeVonta Smith on their offense, among several other talented skill-position players.
They have plenty of time to figure things out for the playoffs, but with a first-round bye on the line, the sooner they get adjusted, the better.
