With the 2023 NFL regular season coming down to the final stretch with four games left before the NFL playoffs begin, the playoff picture is starting to take shape, with the Baltimore Ravens looking like the team to beat in the AFC right now.
Lamar Jackson and company have been dominating the competition throughout the entire 2023 campaign thus far, even though the team plays in arguably the toughest division in the NFL in the AFC North.
The Ravens have won 10 out of the 13 games they’ve played thus far and are coming off a game that really tested the team’s resolve as well as Jackson’s status as the undisputed leader of this Super Bowl title contender.
Even though the Los Angeles Rams aren’t having a good season, Matthew Stafford and company gave the Ravens everything they could handle last week while playing on the road at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore.
The Rams had the Ravens’ backs against the wall in the fourth quarter of this game, with Jackson stepping up and able to force overtime and eventually win the game to crack double digits in the win column.
Offensive coordinator Todd Monken talked about Jackson’s clutch moments in last week’s game and how the moment never gets too big for the one-time NFL MVP, according to Ryan Mink of Ravens.com.
Todd Monken on Lamar Jackson’s clutch fourth-quarter TD drive vs. the Rams:
“He loves playing football. He’s one of the rare guys I’ve been around. There’s guys that like football. He loves football. He loves to play. So those moments never get too big for him – ever.”

Even though the Ravens have been cruising through the 2023 NFL season thus far, Jackson and company will have their work cut out for them in the final four regular-season games with two games on the road, starting with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
After taking on the Jaguars in Week 15, the Ravens will face the San Francisco 49ers in the Bay Area, followed by the Miami Dolphins and finishing out the season against the division-rival Pittsburgh Steelers.
