The Philadelphia Eagles haven’t been as dominant as one could tell by their record this season.

They have fought their way back into games and are 5-1 after trailing at halftime, but last year’s team was never put in that position to begin with.

Even though they have won games, some people still see them as a team that can be had, and some of that had to do with Jalen Hurts’ apparent regression.

Now, NFL analyst Craig Carton and former defensive star Willie Colon believe the team has a serious problem with him and may have even lost some trust in him, as they were filmed trying to teach him how to fall without fumbling the football.

“That is panic. That is a lack of trust. And that is a coaching staff telling the quarterback: We don’t know if you’re the guy. And that’s a real problem, I’ve never seen anything like it.” — @craigcartonlive pic.twitter.com/YmyFrf2uXG

In the latest edition of The Carton Show, Carton mocked the Eagles and stated that they have already lost confidence in their 200+ million QB, adding that you could tell just how disgusted he was because of his body language.

Both he and Colon stated that they had never seen something like this in an NFL practice in all of their years in the league, and even questioned the fact that the Eagles actually allowed the media to get that on tape.

Hurts is currently tied for the fourth-most turnovers this season (15), and ball security has been a major concern.

His work ethic remains the same after getting paid, but as usually happens in this business, the level of play just hasn’t been the same after signing that huge deal he signed in the offseason.
