When it comes to playing teams with sub-.500 records, the Miami Dolphins might be the best team in the NFL as they put up another dominant performance against the New York Jets.
The Dolphins led wire-to-wire against the Jets to improve to 10-4 and reinforce their position at the top of the AFC East.
Miami was without Tyreek Hill who is dealing with an ankle sprain, but the team didn’t look any worse for wear as Tua Tagovailoa and company continued to manufacture points almost at will.
Jaylen Waddle assumed the No. 1 wideout duties with Hill out and led all players with 142 scrimmage yards and one touchdown.
Raheem Mostert didn’t have the most efficient day rushing the football, but he hit pay dirt twice to help Miami run away with the win.
With the Dolphins rolling in Week 15, fans couldn’t help but be impressed via NFL.

It’s not often a team is shut out, but Miami’s defense has been playing like one of the best units as of late and they were just too much for Trevor Siemian and Zach Wilson.
There are still questions about how the Dolphins will fare in the playoffs against better competition, but at least they’re able to take care of business against inferior competition.
More encouraging is that they were able to keep the offense humming without Hill who has been the team’s engine on that end throughout the year.
All in all, it’s a solid win for Miami who looks like a real threat come playoff time.
