Over the years, Jayson Tatum of the Boston Celtics has acquired millions of loyal fans but he admits that one of them is more important than the others.
In a segment shared by the NBA, Tatum watched a video of his son, Deuce, on the sidelines cheering him on.
Tatum said that his little boy has become his biggest hype man, best cheerleader, and favorite courtside attendee.
Tatum said that he will often hear Deuce root for him during games and was happy to see his son’s joyful reaction to him sinking an important three-pointer in Game 6 of the 2022 NBA Finals.

Deuce was born to Tatum and his girlfriend just months into his NBA career.
Since then, he’s been a vital part of the team’s fanbase and has become a viral sensation.
Videos and photos of the young Tatum watching games, participating in post-game interviews, and spending time with his dad and other NBA stars have spread all over the web.
Many NBA fans, regardless of their affiliation and favorite teams, have fallen in love with Tatum’s adorable son.
2017 was a wild year for Tatum, as he was selected in the NBA Draft in June and then became a father for the first time just six months later.
Deuce has been there for his dad through thick and thin and has grown older as Tatum has blossomed into one of the most successful and talented players in the league.
The Celtics already have an official mascot but Deuce has become the team’s unofficial one and it’ll probably be that way for a long time.
Deuce’s dad will next face off against the Golden State Warriors, Sacramento Kings, and Los Angeles Clippers before a Christmas Day game versus the Los Angeles Lakers.
