The Los Angeles Rams are getting hot at the right point in the season.

They’ve won five of their past six games and are currently the No. 6 seed in the NFC playoff picture.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford is playing at a high level with wideouts Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua as well as running back Kyren Williams.

So after Los Angeles beat the New Orleans Saints on Thursday night, FOX Sports analyst and former Dallas Cowboys wideout Michael Irvin said via “Undisputed” that he believes the Rams can win against any team in their conference, but their chances of making the Super Bowl will still be tough.

“The Rams are good enough to beat any team in the NFC.”

The Rams’ future looked dead in the water this past season, just a year after they won the Super Bowl in 2021.

But the re-emergence of Stafford, alongside the Rams’ youthful players like Nacua and Williams, has Los Angeles in the driver’s seat to make a postseason push.

The issue, as Irvin noted, is they’ll have to face a gamut of NFC teams that could trip up the Rams’ recent surge.

The Rams already lost to the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys – teams they could face in the NFC playoffs – as well as a loss to the Baltimore Ravens, who they could see in the Super Bowl.

They’ve beaten up on bad teams, though, which has padded their performances during their recent stretch.

The best win they’ve had in the past month is over the playoff-bound Cleveland Browns.
