With Bronny James, son of Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James, officially starting his collegiate career at the University of Southern California recently, all eyes have been on the 19-year-old to see if he’s truly a talented NBA prospect.

One thing that Bronny has going for him during his basketball career thus far is that his father fully intends to play alongside him once or if he makes it to the league one day.

LeBron has made his intentions public for quite some time now, as that’s another career milestone he wants to achieve during his Hall-of-Fame-caliber career in the NBA.

With that said, Bronny is an attractive player heading into the 2024 NBA Draft if that’s what the young prospect plans to do after one year at USC.

According to Brian Windhorst of ESPN, the Miami Heat are already keeping tabs on Bronny, as shared by ClutchPoints.

Recently, Bronny had quite a scare, suffering a cardiac arrest during a practice session with USC during the summer, which threatened to end his basketball career altogether.

Fortunately for the James family, Bronny was able to make a full recovery from the scary incident and hopes to keep his dreams of playing in the NBA alive and well moving forward.

It’ll be interesting to see if Bronny can prove his worth with the Trojans this year and attract teams in the draft next summer, which will directly impact LeBron’s career and whether he stays with the Lakers after the 2023-24 NBA season or decides to play for whichever team takes a chance on his son.
