The Golden State Warriors have tried out a plethora of different rosters during the 2023-24 NBA season.
A key reason behind the experiments made by head coach Steve Kerr is the fact that the Warriors have failed to win games consistently this season.
Jonathan Kuminga’s role has been changed multiple times throughout the 2023-24 NBA season.
Following his controversial remarks about losing faith in the Warriors, Kuminga was promoted to a starting role.
However, Kuminga once again came off the bench for the Warriors during their recent matchup against the Chicago Bulls, and the former seventh overall pick shared his views on it via Warriors on NBCS on Twitter.
“As long as I go out there and help my team win … that’s all that matters,” Kuminga said.

It’s always good to see young players like Jonathan Kuminga focusing on helping the team rather than worrying about whether they are starting the game or not.
Moreover, even though Kuminga came off the bench, he played 24 minutes against the Bulls and contributed 24 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal to the 140-131 win against the Bulls.
Another key aspect of Kuminga’s performance was his incredible shooting, as the forward shot 9-of-12 from the field, including a perfect 4-of-4 from the three-point line.
Following the performance, Kuminga is now averaging 13.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game for the Warriors this season.
Despite winning the game, the Warriors remain the 12th seed in the Western Conference as they currently flaunt an underwhelming 18-20 record this season.
The Warriors will hope they can string together a winning streak following the victory over the Chicago Bulls in a high-scoring matchup.
