Jaylen Brown had one of the best seasons of his NBA career last year as he earned his first-ever All-NBA selection.
Brown also earned the second NBA All-Star appearance of his career while averaging 26.6 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game for the Boston Celtics last season.
Although Brown had a forgettable run during the postseason, it didn’t stop the franchise from handing him a massive contract this past summer.
Even after signing the five-year, $304 million deal with the Celtics, Brown believes he is yet to tap into his full potential as a player in the NBA, as revealed via Celtics on NBC Sports Boston.
“I still think I have a lot of potential I haven’t tapped into, yet,” Brown claimed.

Jaylen Brown is currently 27 years old and is in the prime of his career.
Although Brown has truly established himself as one of the best players in the league, the Celtics veteran believes he still has a lot of room for growth.
Now, that’s the sign of a player who is focused on becoming a better version of himself regardless of how many years he has spent in the NBA.
As for Brown’s performance this season, the 27-year-old has averaged 23.4 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game for the Celtics over 37 appearances.
Brown’s excellent numbers are one of the reasons why the Celtics are currently the number one seed in the Eastern Conference with a 30-9 record this season.
But can Brown further improve his skills as a basketball player? Only time will tell.
