The Los Angeles Lakers have done everything possible to keep LeBron James happy and on board.
Despite multiple roster overhauls, the team has underachieved over and over, and while James has put up his usual numbers, the only thing that matters are banners, and they’ve only been close to another one last season.
That kind of pressure can wear any athlete off, especially at his age.
Add Bronny James’ imminent NBA debut to that mix, and chances are that LeBron might question his future in Southern California, at least, according to ESPN insider Brian Windhorst (Via NBA on ESPN).
“I don’t know what’s going to happen with Lebron in 2025. I feel like LeBron’s going to play next year, but I don’t know if it’s going to be for the Lakers,” Windhorst said.
What team could you see LeBron on next year?

Windhorst has followed and covered LeBron throughout the course of his entire career, dating back to his days in high school.
He was one of the first to call that he was about to leave the Cleveland Cavaliers, so he’s always an authorized voice when it comes to James.
Bronny’s going to be one-and-done in USC, and multiple teams are keeping tabs on him.
Whatever the case, the clock is ticking on James, and this Lakers roster doesn’t have what it takes to pursue a championship, not even with Anthony Davis playing well.
