After beating the Los Angeles Rams last week, the Detroit Lions and their fans will get to enjoy another home game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
There was a lot of pressure on the Lions to beat the Los Angeles Rams given the decades of losing and not being in the postseason, and now with that off their back, they’re primed to continue their run against the Buccaneers.
Tampa Bay is a formidable opponent that is playing some of their best football of the season and they showed it with a dominant two-way performance against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Detroit should still be feeling confident about their chances, though, because unlike Philadelphia they are playing together and physically.
The Lions have shown that pressure doesn’t faze them and the fans are in store for another exciting game when the Buccaneers hit the field against them.
Fans and the media are buying into Detroit and Kyle Brandt believes that the league will see them again next week via NFL Network.

Brandt acknowledges that some fans were considering last week’s win as their major success story, but it’s not over as they’ve got a real path toward Super Bowl LVIII.
If the Lions can get past the Buccaneers, they’ll hit the road to take on the San Francisco 49ers who looked vulnerable in their close win against the Green Bay Packers.
The city of Detroit has been waiting for what feels like an eternity for a team that can win it all, and this group has the potential to do just that.
