Although the San Francisco 49ers hosting the Detroit Lions at Levi’s Stadium will be an exciting game between two of the best teams in the NFC, the most anticipated game of the week in the NFL playoffs will be the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs going on the road at M&T Bank Stadium to face a very talented Baltimore Ravens squad led by Lamar Jackson.
The Chiefs will be playing for legacy and to add to their dynasty built by superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes and legendary head coach Andy Reid, while the Ravens will be playing for a chance to lift that elusive Vince Lombardi Trophy for the first time in the Lamar Jackson era.
If the Ravens can convincingly come out on top against the Chiefs, it could be a passing-of-the-torch moment between Mahomes and Jackson.
Even though Chris Broussard of FOX Sports acknowledges Mahomes’ legacy, he does think Jackson has been the better player this season, which will be the difference this weekend when they go head-to-head in Baltimore, via “First Things First.”

At this point in time, especially after an impressive performance against the Houston Texans in the Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs, the Ravens have proven to be the best all-around team in football, with Jackson well on his way to winning a second NFL MVP award.
The real question is whether that dominant Ravens team led by the MVP favorite will be the one that shows up on Sunday with a chance to advance to the Super Bowl.
If so, Baltimore could cruise to Las Vegas to face the winner of the NFC Championship Game between the 49ers and Lions.
