LeBron James has been dominating the NBA for more than two decades now, and throughout his career, he has faced off against some terrific players.
While James has had a plethora of rivalries during his career, his head-to-head battles with Stephen Curry are always a treat to witness for basketball fans.
Speaking of which, the two NBA superstars recently played against each other in the 2023-24 NBA season.
It was a terrific game between James and Curry that went to double-overtime with the Los Angeles Lakers ultimately registering a 145-144 win over the Golden State Warriors.
During the postgame interview, James shared his views on the wild win over Stephen Curry and the Warriors via Spectrum SportsNet.
“It’s something I’ll be able to talk about with my grandkids, talk about me being able to compete with one of the greatest players to ever play the game,” James said.

While James and company ended up as the winning side, the 39-year-old Lakers star ensured to give a humble answer about his battles with Curry.
James believes that he will be able to tell these stories to his grandchildren.
He also mentioned that he is simply blessed to be able to compete against one of the greatest basketball players of all time.
As for their individual performances, LeBron James had a triple-double with 36 points, 20 rebounds, and 12 assists in 48 minutes of playing time.
On the other hand, Stephen Curry finished the game with 46 points, 3 rebounds, and 7 assists while playing 43 minutes against the Lakers.
Following the win, the Los Angeles Lakers have improved their record to 24-23 as they remain the ninth seed in the Western Conference.
