The Detroit Lions have been through a lot.
From a winless season to the NFC Championship Game, it’s been a tough ride for the franchise and the fans.
For the first time, however, it seems like they have some hope for the future.
Dan Campbell has turned this team’s culture around, and the players believe in themselves as much as they believe in their coaching staff.
That’s why, as much as it was a tough loss to the San Francisco 49ers, hip-hop legend Eminem wanted to make sure to give his team his flowers after the loss.
“So proud of the Lions Thanks 4 an amazing season!!!! We’ll b back!!!” he posted.

Eminem is perhaps the most famous Lions fan, staying with them through thick and thin and even serving as an ambassador for them.
He was even spotted at Levi’s Stadium.
Watching the Lions blow such a big lead was obviously a terrible blow for the fans.
They were up 17 points on the road and were playing with swagger and confidence, looking like a team that knew they could get the job done and make it to the big game.
Coach Campbell also admitted that he knew this might be their only chance to make the Super Bowl, something this franchise has never been able to accomplish.
Even so, you have to feel great about this team’s chances.
They have set a strong foundation in place with young and talented players and they seem to have a sustainable project to get stronger next season.
