The Minnesota Timberwolves made it look easy on Monday night as they sailed past the Los Angeles Clippers and beat them 121-100.
It was a huge win for the top team in the West because it came against such a competitive and powerful challenger.
Following the game, Kendrick Perkins expressed his strong feelings about the Timberwolves and just how “dangerous” they are.
On Twitter, Perkins said:
“This Timberwolves are dangerous team! Defensively they don’t give a damn. They make you uncomfortable for the entire 24 seconds and they are not afraid of embarrassment… meaning they guard the perimeter and contest everything.”

During Monday’s game, it was the trio of Karl-Anthony Towns, Anthony Edwards, and Rudy Gobert who made the victory possible.
Towns put up 24 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists, while Edwards was good for 23 points, 7 rebounds, and 8 assists.
As for Gobert, he had another double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Nickeil Alexander-Walker scored 15 and both Naz Reid and Jaden McDaniels recorded 11 each.
Perkins is right when he says that the Timberwolves make their opponents feel uncomfortable and their insistence on guarding all over the court makes life very hard for any team trying to beat them.
Over the last couple of games, the Timberwolves have defeated two of the biggest competitors for the Finals.
On Thursday night, they took down the Milwaukee Bucks by a similar margin of 129-105.
Throughout the season, the Timberwolves have beaten several very tough teams.
The Oklahoma City Thunder, Sacramento Kings, Philadelphia 76ers, and others have all been taken down by the Timberwolves.
At the start of the season, some people weren’t sure if the Timberwolves had what it takes to play well all season long.
But for weeks they have remained toward the very top of the Western Conference standings and show no signs of slowing down.
It seems like the Timberwolves will continue to be dangerous to the rest of the league.
