NBA fans might be in for a treat in a few days as the All-Star Weekend begins.

Not only will everyone be able to witness the All-Star Game and other competitions, but they’ll also see a brand-new contest that is receiving a ton of attention.

Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors is going to participate in a three-point competition against WNBA superstar Sabrina Ionescu.

People are stating their opinions about who they think will win and Curry’s teammate Draymond Green definitely has his mind made up.

“I got Steph, the greatest ever for a reason,” Green told NBA.

This contest will certainly be a battle between the best of the best from both leagues.

In 2023, Ionescu led the WNBA in threes and also earned the single-round record for the most three-pointers in any NBA or WNBA contests.

As for Curry, he is of course the all-time three-point leader for the NBA.

These are two titans of shooting and they are going to give fans something exciting to behold.

The NBA is really hyping up this competition, which shows that they know they have something special.

It’s one of the few changes that the league has implemented for this year’s All-Star Weekend.

2023’s event didn’t receive a warm reception from fans and the NBA quickly got to work at revamping and changing things in order to please loyal followers.

There is a very good chance that the contest between Curry and Ionescu could be a viral moment that will be spoken about for a very long time.

Of course, Curry will also get to participate in the big game, as he was selected as an All-Star reserve for the Western Conference.
