Kristaps Porzingis’ NBA career hasn’t been as good as expected.

He’s been solid for the most part, but he hasn’t found a lot of success in his previous stops.

Now, however, he has a major opportunity to play meaningful basketball and maybe even pursue an NBA championship.

Notably, it seems like he’s loving every single minute of his stay in Massachusetts, as he’s finally getting a glimpse of what a winning organization looks like.

As quoted by NBA Central, the Latvian big man recently stated that he’s now watching his team do things at a higher standard than any other team he’s been a part of since joining the league.

“Some things are done differently and at a much higher standard than on other teams that I have been on,” Porzingis said.

Porzingis was drafted by the New York Knicks, a team that has been heavily criticized during the James Dolan administration.

The fans have urged the controversial business mogul to sell the team for years now, and there have been several reports of toxic workplace culture, not to mention their lack of success.

Then, he joined the Dallas Mavericks, which have often been deemed a solid organization because of Mark Cuban, but he didn’t seem to enjoy his time there, either.

Porzingis made it to the Celtics after a brief stop in the nation’s capital with the Washington Wizards, who have been far from a winning franchise.

He’s not exempt from some blame for how things have gone down with him.

Even so, he’s quite talented, and he’s finally proving that he could be a major factor on a championship-contending team.
