Ever since he entered the NFL in 2021 as a member of the Dallas Cowboys, Micah Parsons has been one of the most dominant pass rushers in the entire league.

In three seasons with the Cowboys, Parsons has already accumulated 40.5 sacks, three Pro Bowl roster spots, and two First-Team All-Pro selections.

Recently, PFF shared a graphic on Twitter that truly revealed how great the Dallas pass rusher has been in just a short period of time.

People can debate about PFF grades however they want, but the fact that Parsons has finished with one of the two best PFF defensive grades among qualifying edge rushers in each of his three seasons with the Cowboys is extremely impressive.

PFF’s grades tend to go beyond the box scores, so the young Dallas defender finishing with such high grades each year means that he is also excelling at things out on the field that casual football fans likely don’t even notice.

This past season, Parsons earned a 92.5 defensive grade from PFF after he accumulated 64 tackles (18 for a loss), 43 pressures, 14 sacks, two pass deflections, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery in 17 games with the Cowboys.

At 24-years-old, there’s no reason to think that he’s slowing down any time soon, and the scary thing is that it’s possible that he hasn’t even reached his full potential out on the field yet.

For now, Dallas is able to get Parsons’ incredible production with him on his rookie contract.

But, eventually, it’s going to come time for the Cowboys to pay the star pass rusher, and when that happens, his contract will likely be one of the largest non-quarterback deals in NFL history.
