The Golden State Warriors have been one of the NBA’s best teams for several years.
Steph Curry has certainly been a big reason for their sustained success, but as a whole, this team has found contributors to get the job done en route to four NBA titles since 2015.
While the first half of the season hasn’t quite yielded the level of success the Warriors have gotten used to, they started the second half of the season on the right foot.
They beat the Los Angeles Lakers by 18 on Thursday night, a sign that things might be turning around.
Draymond Green talked about this in a postgame interview shared by the Warriors on NBCS.
“This team has an unlimited amount of potential, and we’re trending in the right direction at the right time,” Green said.

Green is a long-time veteran of this team and is no stranger to winning NBA Championships.
If he believes this about his team, they might have a shot at making it back to the playoffs this year, potentially going on a big run in the process.
Of course, they have a lot of ground to make up after digging a hole from their first-half record.
The Warriors currently have the tenth-best record in the Western Conference, and with the level of talent currently above them, this will be a tough hill to climb.
But, if any team is poised to make an enormous comeback, it’ll be the Warriors, as they have a blend of veteran talent and young up-and-comers.
