Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James didn’t have a game on Saturday, but that doesn’t mean he wasn’t watching hoops.

His firstborn son, Bronny, had one of the most crucial games of the season as his USC Trojans faced off with the UCLA Bruins.

As usual in these kinds of rivalry matchups, the game was physical from the very beginning, with UCLA big man Adem Bona even shoving Bronny at some point in the first half.

In the end, however, the Trojans were able to hold on to get a massive 62-56 win.

Unsurprisingly, the 21-year NBA veteran had something to say about it, and he took to Twitter to shout out the Trojans for getting that huge win.

Boogie Ellis was on fire for USC, logging 24 points with five boards and a couple of dimes.

Isaiah Coller was the perfect sidekick, scoring 11 points with four assists and three rebounds.

Also, the Trojans were able to limit all UCLA players to fewer than 15 points, forcing 12 turnovers as well.

Bronny, on the other hand, had another modest game off the bench, scoring two points with a couple of rebounds and assists in 14 minutes.

His draft stock has taken a huge dip since the start of the season, as his numbers have been less than impressive after missing the start of the campaign due to a cardiac arrest.

The Trojans have gotten better after a rocky start to the campaign, and this was a nice way to make a big statement for the remainder of the season.
