The NBA is back in full swing after the All-Star break, bringing teams closer and closer to the postseason.
The Western Conference is currently a tight race, as there are four teams within three games of each other in the standings.
The same cannot be said for the East, however,
If current trends persist, the Boston Celtics are slated to be the best team in the conference by a long shot.
They are 7.5 games ahead of the next-best team, the Cleveland Cavaliers.
With this dominance in mind, the Celtics have the best odds to win the NBA Championship, according to ESPN Bet via Unsportsmanlike Radio.

The Celtics’ odds of +250 are better than the Denver Nuggets (+425), the Los Angeles Clippers (+500), and the Milwaukee Bucks (+700).
Milwaukee has the second-best odds to win the title of any Eastern Conference team, but they haven’t looked quite right this season.
Yes, they are still playing well enough to be one of the best teams in the East, but many see the Celtics as a tier, even two tiers above them.
The Celtics have found a way to work with two stars on their team, Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum.
Jrue Holiday was added as a third piece to this team, and they have other valuable contributors, such as Kristaps Porzingis, Derrick White, and Al Horford.
This team seems to be on a fast-track to the NBA Finals, at least if they finish out the season with this fast pace.
Can another team in the East catch them and give them a run for their money as the conference representative in the finals?
