The Los Angeles Clippers fell short against one of the best teams in the Western Conference.

Despite being at home, the Clippers couldn’t hold their own against the Sacramento Kings, losing by double digits.

They were down one soldier, as Paul George was out with a knee injury, which meant more shots were available for James Harden.

However, that didn’t do much to help their winning cause, as the former MVP knocked down just 4 of 13 shots and 2 of 10 from beyond the arc.

Needless to say, that didn’t go unnoticed by sports pundit Skip Bayless, who took to Twitter to call him out and state that he hasn’t been dependable of late.

“James Harden, 2-10 from 3 tonight as Clips lose badly at home to Sac. No surprise. Ultimately he cannot be trusted,” Bayless said.

Harden hasn’t shot the ball at an efficient rate as of late.

He went just 1 for 8 from the floor in his previous outing and was 5 for 13 vs. the Milwaukee Bucks three games ago.

Then again, it happens.

Harden is a streaky shooter, and he could get hot as rapidly as he gets ice-cold.

The Clippers have still been one of the best teams in the league over the past couple of months, but George’s health will obviously be something to monitor quite closely.

Tyronn Lue’s team is stacked with talent and that has been the case for a while now, but it seems like they just cannot stay healthy when it matters the most.

George’s knee injury isn’t serious, but the team will definitely be extremely cautious with their star forward for the remainder of the season, hoping Harden can turn things around at some point.
