The Chicago Bears are more than likely going to draft Caleb Williams with the No. 1 pick in the upcoming NFL Draft.

It somehow feels like making any other decision could be a disservice to the franchise.

Nonetheless, former No. 1 pick Keyshawn Johnson has always been hesitant about him.

Talking on Undisputed, he claims that there are several things you see in his game that you may not be able to live with, which is the same case with Justin Fields.

“He’s coming from a system that hasn’t produced ANY QB of significance in the NFL,” Johnson said.

More than that, he’s worried about all the buzz and the Patrick Mahomes comparisons.

Johnson stated that all prospects look like the next big thing, adding that there has been a long list of players who have failed to live up to those hefty expectations.

Moreover, Johnson doesn’t love the fact that the USC program and system haven’t exactly given the league plenty of elite quarterbacks in the past.

Of course, there’s never a sure thing when it comes to the NFL Draft, and while Williams looks like a can’t-miss kind of prospect, we’ve seen them fall from grace multiple times in the past.

Johnson seems to be wary about getting a quarterback with the No.1 selection because you have to be absolutely positive that it’ll lead to a Super Bowl, which is obviously the ultimate goal.

Then again, there’s just too much at stake, and the Bears aren’t going to shoot themselves in the foot this time; they’ll most likely get Williams.

Whether they successfully build their offense around him, however, will be a different story.
