In his 21st season in the NBA, Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James finds ways to defy Father Time.
James has been able to keep up his production levels this late into his career and is one the largest reasons why the Lakers can’t be counted out during the 2023-24 NBA season.
Despite Los Angeles’ paltry record, James has been a bright spot as he’s been able to remain mostly healthy and available for the team.
Even though he just turned 39 years old, James looks like he can play at least a few more years of quality basketball in the league if he wants to.
He has been adamant about playing with his son Bronny James, and there’s no reason to believe that he’s hanging up his sneakers anytime soon.
What makes James so successful is his dedication to working on his body and he was recently working out with Cleveland Browns star Myles Garrett via Overtime.

Like James, Garrett is a physical specimen as he’s got even more explosive power, speed and strength than James.
Garrett’s been one of the best defensive players in the NFL since he was taken first overall and it’s a treat for Cleveland fans to see the two of them putting in work together.
The two are some of the best athletes in the world and they remain at the top of their respective sports because of their work ethic and discipline when it comes to keeping their bodies strong.
