Jayson Tatum is currently playing the seventh season of his NBA career with the Boston Celtics.
Over the years, Tatum has drastically improved his game, which has earned him a spot among the top players in the league right now.
However, Tatum is yet to win the regular-season NBA MVP award, despite having some excellent seasons for the Celtics.
Many have rallied behind Tatum to finally become the league MVP for the first time in his career this season, but the 26-year-old recently failed the eye test.

Being in the NBA MVP race is usually a great honor for any player in the league.
However, Tatum is seemingly unaffected about the media’s chatter on his much-anticipated matchup against Jokic going poorly.
Tatum defended his stance by claiming he is not trying to make the season about himself and is focusing on helping the team win games.
But during the Celtics vs. Nuggets clash, Tatum finished the game with just 15 points, 4 rebounds, and 8 assists to his name.
On the other hand, Jokic stole the show with a triple-double performance thanks to putting up 32 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 assists.
