The Pittsburgh Steelers featured one of the league’s worst passing attacks in 2023 despite winning 10 games, with only 186.1 yards per game and 13 passing touchdowns all season.
The offense clearly needs a shot in the arm, and after recently cutting wide receiver Allen Robinson, more changes to the wide receiver room could be on the horizon.
Diana Russini of The Athletic has posted that the Steelers are open to listening to trade offers for wide receiver Diontae Johnson and that multiple teams could be interested.
The Steelers are open to listening to trade offers on WR Diontae Johnson. There is interest from teams around the league as GMs are getting set for free agency.

Johnson is coming off a second consecutive down year in Pittsburgh, posting just 51 catches for 717 yards and five touchdowns after not finding the end zone a single time in 2022.
Johnson was looking like a breakout star following the 2021 season where he posted 107 catches for 1,161 yards and eight touchdowns.
The receiver is heading into the second and final year of a 2-year, $36.7 million extension he signed in 2022 and would represent a $15.83 million cap hit in 2024.
Cutting Robinson and potentially trading Johnson would open up a ton of money and targets for Pittsburgh to revamp it’s offense.
The team needs to find out if it has its franchise quarterback in Kenny Pickett after a rough first two years of his career, and this may be his last season to prove himself.
The Steelers have to give him every chance to succeed, and bringing in some more explosiveness around Pickett, George Pickens, and Najee Harris would do exactly that.
Pittsburgh currently has $26.2 million in cap space according to Spotrac.
