The Tennessee Titans have officially moved on from Derrick Henry.

Shortly after the start of free agency, Brian Callahan made the first big-name signing of his tenure in Music City, signing Tony Pollard from the Dallas Cowboys.

Most star running backs also found new homes, with D’Andre Swift joining the Chicago Bears, Austin Ekeler signing with the Washington Commanders, Josh Jacobs landing with the Green Bay Packers, Saquon Barkley taking his talents to the Philadelphia Eagles, and Gus Edwards moving to the Los Angeles Chargers.

That leaves Henry as the biggest player at the position in free agency right now.

Recently, Dianna Russini of The Athletic reported that the Alabama product has been in talks with multiple teams, with the Baltimore Ravens being one of those, although nothing is imminent at the time of this writing.

Titans’ star running back Derrick Henry has had conversations with multiple teams since yesterday including the Ravens. For now, I’m told nothing is imminent. We wait…

Needless to say, adding Henry to the Ravens’ run-heavy offense would be a scary thought for the rest of the league.

Even at his age and after a down season, we’re talking about the most physically imposing and dominant running back in the game.

The Ravens have an elite offensive line, and while they’ve often taken a running back-by-committee approach, they would get a massive workhorse in Henry, who will look to prove that he’s far from done.

John Harbaugh’s team suffered a heartbreaking end to their promising season, but they should continue to be one of the powerhouses in the AFC and the entire league, especially if they manage to get their hands on Derrick Henry.
