The Los Angeles Lakers have had a couple of impressive wins lately, including one over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday night.
Following that victory, James Worthy sat down on Spectrum SportsNet to talk about all that is going right for the Lakers right now.
He heaped serious praise on Anthony Davis, who had a monster stat line on Sunday.
But Worthy also said that the team’s starting lineup has really come together recently, and supporting stars have been shining brighter than ever.

During Sunday’s game, Davis had 27 points, 25 rebounds, 5 assists, 7 steals, and 3 blocks.
He was a dominant, incredibly powerful player throughout the game and helped the Lakers secure their 120-109 victory.
But Davis wasn’t alone, as LeBron James led the team with 29 points, Austin Reaves put up 19, and Rui Hachimura scored 15.
Worthy said head coach Darvin Ham has finally settled on the right starting lineup and they are doing very well and working perfectly together.
Meanwhile, others like Hachimura have impressed too and that has seriously helped the team.
Additionally, the team’s defense has gotten stronger recently as well.
A lot of factors have come together to help the Lakers get stronger, better, and more successful.
But the team still has its fair share of problems.
They are the ninth seed in the West with a 36-30 record, which means they are only qualified for the Play-In Tournament right now.
In the next few weeks, they will focus on letting Davis perform better, enhancing the starting lineup’s production more, and giving the supporting stars more time.
If everyone keeps delivering big results, the Lakers could earn entry into the playoffs.
For months now, fans of the Lakers have been waiting for their team to turn things around.
It seems like they have, at least for now.
