NBA fans are in for a treat later this week, as a new podcast series featuring JJ Redick and LeBron James is set to debut.
The series, titled “Mind The Game,” will feature weekly 45-minute episodes about the ins and outs of basketball from two stars who know it very well.
A new clip shared by NBACentral gave fans a brief taste of what the conversations between Redick and James will be like and it had people very excited.

A vast number of people hopped online to talk about how elated they were to see these two men discuss and dissect the game of basketball.

Others said the show will give people a chance to see the high basketball IQ that both Redick and James have.
Professional players are not just physically strong, but mentally powerful as well, and this series will prove that, some users claimed.
This really makes you realize how elite professional players are not just from a physical and skill standpoint but with their IQ as well.

There are many podcasts in the world, including many about basketball and the NBA.
However, none feature a pairing like this.
It looks like the show isn’t going to be about controversies and current headlines but will instead dive into the fundamentals of the game and the lessons that both players learned during their careers.
In that way, it will be a very unique take on the basketball podcast genre.
Now retired, Redick is a very successful commentator and James is of course one of the most celebrated and successful athletes of all time.
Therefore, this show is going to draw a lot of attention and will give viewers a very special and rare inside look at the NBA.
