The summer could be a time of monumental change for the Golden State Warriors, with perhaps a few players leaving the franchise.
Could Andrew Wiggins, Klay Thompson, or Draymond Green be packing their bags this offseason?
Or could the NBA world be shocked by Stephen Curry parting ways with the only team he has ever played for?
Speaking on “First Things First,” Nick Wright said the chances of Curry leaving the Warriors this summer are very slim, but not entirely non-existent.
“There is a non-zero chance that Steph’s final game as a Warrior is coming up in the next couple weeks,” Wright said.

Wright said that some fans forget how old Curry is and how that might have an impact on his choice.
At 36 years old, he knows that his retirement is starting to loom and he has to consider how he wants to end his career in the NBA.
Does he want to ride it out with a team that is struggling lately, or would he rather retire in a more competitive situation?
Another major factor that could affect Curry’s choice, according to Wright, is the trajectory of other players on the team.
There is a chance that the Warriors attempt to end their relationship with Thompson in the summer.
Green might also be sent packing too.
If Curry sees his old friends and teammates departing, he might decide the time is also right for him to leave.
Wright admits that all of this happening is unlikely, but it’s not impossible.
If Curry did cut ties with the Warriors, it would be the biggest NBA move in years, perhaps decades.
For a number of reasons, all eyes will be on Golden State for the next few weeks and months.
