Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen has always been widely recognized as one of the greatest players of all time.

Everyone, even the biggest Michael Jordan fan, admits that they would’ve never been able to do what they did without him.

However, for whatever reason, Pippen has always been resentful of Jordan — who multiple times praised him and called him his greatest teammate and whatnot — and it dates back to their playing days.

A couple of years ago, in his memoir, Pippen even admits that he never gave Jordan his condolences after his father was brutally killed.

Recently, Stephen A. Smith revealed that he actually talked to Michael Jordan about it, adding that the legendary shooting guard felt betrayed by him (Via NBA Central).

Jordan’s father was murdered in 1993.

Pippen had two years and then another three-peat to offer his condolences, yet he never did.

That speaks volumes of him, and it’s not much of a surprise to see that he’s been on a never-ending crusade to discredit and take shots at Jordan ever since The Last Dance dropped.

Unfortunately for him, his reputation has also taken a huge hit ever since, not because of the selfish way he was portrayed in the documentary but because of his response to it.

It’s been disheartening to see one of the most beloved and respected basketball players of all time turn into this.
