The Los Angeles Clippers have looked a little wobbly down the stretch of the 2023-24 NBA season as they’ve gone 5-5 in their last 10 games.
The Clippers barely escaped with wins over the Philadelphia 76ers and Orlando Magic, a good response after head coach Tyronn Lue called the team soft following a loss to the Indiana Pacers
Los Angeles is still holding onto the fourth seed in the Western Conference and is squarely in the mix though they’ll need to play much better on both ends to hang with the likes of the Denver Nuggets and Oklahoma City Thunder.
The future of the franchise is also a question mark as the team decided to extend Kawhi Leonard but not Paul George who is waiting for a deal.
Should the Clippers decide not to extend George, several teams could make a run at him with the Philadelphia 76ers the initial betting favorite to land his services via Bovada.

The 76ers make sense as a potential new home for George as they’re projected to have plenty of cap space to sign him outright.
Teams like the New York Knicks and Sacramento Kings could also use a player like George as he would take their respective teams to the next level.
With Los Angeles set to move into their new arena before next season, keeping George seems like a priority though the situation will bear monitoring in the offseason.
