After a disappointing 2023 NFL season, which started rocky with a season-ending Achilles injury suffered by Aaron Rodgers in Week 1 and never got back on track, the New York Jets seem to be determined to right the ship and get back to title-contending status for next season.

With Rodgers recovering from his Achilles injury and making it clear that he’s staying with the Jets moving forward, New York added two important weapons on offense, with the team signing veteran wide receiver Mike Williams and bringing in elite left tackle Tyron Smith.

Along with making some improvements to the offensive side of the football, the Jets also made a big move to add linebacker Haason Reddick into the mix after the team made a trade with the Philadelphia Eagles recently.

Reddick seems to be highly motivated after changing teams this offseason, as he issued this warning to opposing teams, via Around The NFL on Twitter.

“I don’t think people are ready for what’s going to happen,” Reddick said.

Even though the Jets defense was already formidable, the addition of Reddick makes them that much more dangerous, especially when it comes to putting pressure on opposing quarterbacks.

With the Eagles last season, Reddick racked up 11.0 sacks on his way to earning Pro Bowl honors for the second straight season.

Reddick will join Quinnen Williams, Jermaine Johnson, C.J. Mosley, and Sauce Gardner on a squad determined to prove their doubters wrong in 2024 after receiving so much criticism for how things panned out this past season in New York.
