The Los Angeles Lakers are focused on the final stretch of the season.
Even so, LeBron James has a lot on his plate right now.
As per usual, his elder son, Bronny, is drawing plenty of media attention.
And once again, it has nothing to do with his play.
If anything, his lack of playing time and the uncertainty about who’s going to replace coach Andy Einfeld have reportedly led Bronny to enter the transfer portal.
With that in mind, Jovan Buha of The Athletic reached out to LeBron to gather his thoughts on the matter.

James stated that Bronny was his own man and that he makes his own decisions, adding that his family would be there to support him regardless of what he decided to do.
Truth be told, it’s hard to believe that Bronny is the sole decision-maker when it comes to his career.
There have been plenty of rumors regarding his future and any potential decision.
Some speculate that he’s still going to declare for the NBA Draft, with the Lakers likely taking him in the second round or even signing him as an undrafted free agent.
Whatever the case, the consensus is that Bronny isn’t ready for the pros, and any team taking a chance on him would only do it hoping to get LeBron in a package deal as well.
This will be an interesting story to follow, but it doesn’t seem like he — or his camp — have made a final decision about the next step in his career just yet.
