The Houston Texans just made a big move.

They clearly want to make the most of C.J. Stroud’s rookie contract, so they didn’t hesitate to absorb a big salary by trading for Stefon Diggs.

The four-time Pro Bowler may have overstayed his welcome with the Buffalo Bills, and he’s now heading to Texas.

Considering that, Adam Schefter of ESPN pointed out the fact that schedule makers will now have to factor in the fact that he’s going to play against his former team next season, so the table is set for a revenge game.

The Houston Texans are scheduled to host the Buffalo Bills next season, so the NFL schedule makers now have to factor in a Stefon Diggs revenge game.

The Texans will also play the Cowboys in Dallas next year, which means Stefon Diggs could line up against his brother, Trevon. https://t.co/WlL4mAaavz

On top of that, the Texans will also hit the road to play the Dallas Cowboys next season, so he’s going to line up against his brother Trevon.

Not so long ago, Stefon Diggs was considered to be one of the best and most impactful wide receivers in the game.

That may no longer be the case, as he’s coming off a disappointing campaign, and he made the headlines more often for his talking and his attitude than for his actual game.

Then again, we’re talking about a proven veteran with a knack for scoring touchdowns, and he could have a huge impact on DeMeco Ryans’ team.

Just with him being there, John Metchie III and Tank Dell should see expanded opportunities, as he’s going to demand plenty of defensive attention.

And with the Texans looking like a better team than both the Bills and Cowboys right now, it’ll be interesting to see if Stefon looks to make a statement against both of them.
